Job Title: Senior Staff Services Manager

This senior role involves leading the technical delivery of market management systems, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and supporting customer implementations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical implementation and development of solutions for major customers, fostering collaborative relationships with global teams.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust through exceptional service.

  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the energy industry.
  • Expertise in operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS is essential.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is highly valued.
