Medical Transcriptionist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our team. As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing live patient calls and dictations from clients.

Job Description:

You will work as part of a remote team, providing high-quality transcription services to clients in the dermatology field. Your duties will include transcribing audio files, downloading them to Express Scribe, and ensuring 98-100% accuracy in your transcriptions. You will also be responsible for proofreading all transcriptions prior to entering data into visit notes and completing note-taking during encounters.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to enter data into EMR Visit Notes once proofreading is completed, notify clients after the completion of this process, complete all dictations for the day from clients, and perform additional tasks as requested by clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Dermatology Transcription
  • Good attention to detail and typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription
  • Good listening, comprehension, and research skills, as well as good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written
  • Candidates should have knowledge of medical terminologies and be able to focus and concentrate with little distraction
