Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our security delivery team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk, or related fields and be able to work independently and collaboratively.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vCISOs to execute elements and projects within a security program
  • Work directly with clients to understand their operations and develop customized security policies and procedures
  • Provide education on secure best practices through our security education platform
  • Design and deploy phishing tests for clients on a regular basis
  • Support compliance audit readiness as required
  • Implement and manage Vanta or similar GRC platforms for clients
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk, or related fields
  • External-facing client experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to identify and resolve challenges
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations and Information Risk Management
Nice to Have
  • Intermediate coding/scripting skills to automate processes and scale implementation efforts
  • Familiarity with technical system access controls and their benefits
