As a Technical Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring their smooth operation.

This is not just a job, but an opportunity to own the full lifecycle of products - from sourcing and technical setup through launch, documentation, inventory forecasting, and restocking.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining spec sheets, documentation, and internal product resources. You will also train internal teams and provide tools that make it easier to sell and support what we offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the internal expert on all product-related questions
  • Support technical scoping and assist on large or complex RFQs
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source OEM or private label items and collaborate with the team to market and launch them
  • Forecast demand and ensure inventory levels meet business needs
  • Manage delivery timelines and track supplier performance, including costs, responsiveness, and quality

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
