Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Salary Range: PHP 150,000 200,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Lead and participate in technical meetings, clearly explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coordinate project timelines, requirements, and expectations with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify technical and compliance risks and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, and support audit and review processes.
  • Provide training and updates on systems, tools, and best practices as needed.
  • Act as the point of escalation for technical issues, helping resolve them in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, IT project management, or related field).
  • Strong background in managing high-value B2B accounts, including direct collaboration with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.

Other Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder communication.
  • Able to effectively articulate technical concepts in both internal and external settings.
  • Background in dynamic industries such as financial technology or online gaming is highly valued.
  • Technical foundation or prior experience in software development is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
