Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with e-commerce campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement. The position requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards to reflect our brand's values.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and build trust with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client enquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with our luxury service standards
  • Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding our company standards
  • Reply to social media, such as Google reviews
  • Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, handling all communication promptly
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar position within a related industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams
