Healthcare Services Coordinator

A healthcare services coordinator is required to administer healthcare services for the client.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with the client and company representatives for daily administration of health plans, insurance coverage, and dental programs.
  2. Monitor receipt of membership information and billing updates from principals, dependents, and extended dependents in close coordination with the client.
  3. Track claim filings and report on their status after pre-adjudication and document completion.
  4. Notify the client immediately of any urgent cases requiring attention.
  5. Assist retainer physicians in preparing reports for submission to the client according to specified formats and frequencies.
  6. Coordinate annual physical exams and executive check-ups with the client, retainer physician(s), and company representatives.
  7. Support retainer physicians during consultations, including vital sign collection and medication administration as prescribed.
  8. Dispense medications as needed under the guidance of retainer physicians.
  9. Provide emergency medical assistance under the supervision of retainer physicians.
  10. Maintain patient records of medical data gathered during consultations and treatments.
  11. Support patients during hospitalization, including documentation for SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO.
  12. Perform other duties assigned by the client or company.
