Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our Primary Care team. In this role, you will help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their wellness goals through personalized and evidence-based therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or movement issues
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, and pain management techniques
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and recovery strategies
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of BS Physical Therapy, with valid PRC license

Experience/Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills
• Good documentation and organizational abilities

• Adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment
• Customer-service oriented
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5-day work week, with varying rest days)
