Virtual Assistant for the Construction Industry

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in the construction industry to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients and work on a variety of projects.

  • This role involves providing administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing administrative support including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
  2. Assisting in document preparation, reports, and presentations.
  3. Managing and organizing files, contracts, and construction project documentation.
  4. Responding to inquiries and providing customer service to clients and partners.
  5. Researching vendors, suppliers, and market trends relevant to the construction industry.
  6. Coordinating with project teams to track deliverables and deadlines.
  7. Processing invoices, expense reports, and assisting in bookkeeping tasks.
  8. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  9. Performing other administrative tasks as required.
