About the Job

Our team is looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while providing clear reporting and insights to support the management team.

  • Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.
  • Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.
  • Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
  • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero.
  • Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
