Asset Accounting Team Lead Position

The Asset Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the asset accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of fixed asset transactions. They will support the management of the fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposal.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the asset accounting team.
  • Manage the fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposal.
  • Oversee the month-end closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or operations, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in fixed asset management software and ERP systems is essential.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
