Job Title: Front Office Associate - Client Service Expert
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Associate to join our team at KMC Savills, Inc. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Front Office Functions: Maintain a professional appearance, ensure the reception area is clean and organized, and manage calls, provide information, and log/endorse concerns to the responsible person.
- Vendor Management: Receive and log documents, distribute them accordingly, and monitor building/facility operations, security, and housekeeping, reporting any irregularities.
- Technical Operations: Conduct weekly building inspections, advising the head of any observations, and assist in monitoring the 52-week calendar and ensuring Technical Checklist are up to date.
- Health and Safety: Assist in monitoring the 52-week calendar and ensure Technical Checklist are up to date.
- Business Development: Conduct customer survey ratings of landlords and tenants, ensuring that PM provides the best quality of service and creates a mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Operational Enhancement: Suggest ways to streamline the administrative process to offer the best service to clients.
- Personal Development: Participate actively in KMC activities such as corporate meetings, trainings, social affairs, and other company activities.
Requirements: Bachelor's College Degree in Business Administration, Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant or other related courses, one to two years of experience as Front Office Associate, and skills in Customer Service, Verbal and Written Communication, Accuracy and Attention to Details, and Interpersonal Skills.
