Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance services to our clients' IT systems and infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Support: You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of cloud infrastructure, including cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • System Security and Maintenance: You will ensure that all system and data security is maintained at a high standard, protecting client network integrity from potential threats.
  • Power Platform Expertise: With expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, you will design, develop, and customize solutions to meet our clients' business needs.
  • Integration and Automation: You will manage and support integrated systems, ensuring seamless data flow and automation across various platforms.
  • Reporting and Documentation: You will maintain accurate reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout our operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with cloud technologies, system security, and integration/automation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Education and Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably with minimum 3 years as L2 in an AU MSP environment.
