Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

This position is responsible for providing cost-effective solutions to manage procurement, purchasing, and accounts requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Evaluate suppliers, maintain strong relationships, and oversee contract agreements.
  • Handle purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and manage inventory tracking.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management.
  • Strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and streamline procurement processes.
