Key Financial Role: Senior Financial Analyst

Connext seeks a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to lead data management, processes, and controls for accurate bonus and commission programs.

This role demands exceptional analytical skills, finance background, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work across teams and possess the capacity to manage complex inquiries and escalations with professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quarterly compensation workbooks ensuring accuracy and completeness without external assistance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end company-wide compensation process driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files reviewing relevant data in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely according to established policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries promptly providing an exceptional employee experience as an escalation point for the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role demonstrating stable employment history.
