Job Title

A Virtual Team Leader oversees a team of virtual assistants, ensuring their performance meets clients' expectations.

They create task lists to boost productivity and profitability for both the client and the virtual assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, problem-solving, and goal-setting for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet targets.
  • Partner with clients to develop task lists and optimize business growth using Global Medical services.
  • Manage client needs, mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, and handle situations as a high-level representative.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management.
  • Highly proficient English skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and motivated.
  • Training and Development experience a plus.
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
