Customer Experience Lead

The Customer Experience Lead is a key role within KMC Solutions Inc, responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients and tenants. This position requires a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Provide support on the reception/front desk, answering calls, welcoming visitors, and addressing tenant concerns.
  • General Services/Tenant Services: Lead representative in the workplace, conference room reservation assistance, and coordination of workplace issues.
  • General Administration: Attend to ticket requests, ensure no SLA breach, and assist with check releasing.
