Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Eteam Workforce Private Corporation.

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to think clearly under pressure, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (voice/non-voice).
  • Bachelor's/College graduate of any degree preferred but not a MUST.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work on a 12-month project-based contract.
Work Arrangement

This role is a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement until further notice. You will be required to work 3 weekdays (11AM - 8PM) and weekends (2PM - 11PM).

Equipment Provided

You will be provided with the necessary equipment to perform your job duties.

Salary Offer

The salary offer for this role is Php21,000 - Php23,000.
