Process Quality Assurance Analyst Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team, delivering high-quality process assurance for various services across the segment. Key responsibilities include conducting monthly Process Quality Assurance (PQA) reviews, collaborating with process owners and delivery teams, and supporting improvements based on findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough PQA reviews for multiple shared services.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather evidence and insights for reports.
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced processes.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing valuable input and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relevant process documentation and support training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business analysis or IT Service Management functions.
  • Hybrid work arrangement flexibility, including onsite and remote options.
  • Amenability to night shifts (8am - 5pm EST).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Risk, IT Asset Inventory, and Release Management.
  • Experience in developing processes that meet strict standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new information and changes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and relationship-building.
