Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional business solutions using Microsoft's Technology Stack.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth technical/cloud support, analyzing customer issues and problems, and providing high-quality resolution within agreed service levels.

They will work closely with other teams to understand clients' business requirements, issues, and help resolve the problem.

In addition, they will assist in understanding and translating requirements to build appropriate system solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to develop deep knowledge and expertise on Barhead products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in Business Systems and IT ideally as a functional/application specialist implementing ERP solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting processes and cycles.
  • Detailed, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management/Accountancy.
  • Experience working in an IT consulting organization or environment is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
