Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and improving manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels.

This role involves preparing assembly process WI and PFMEA for new products, discussing with QE and Production to confirm the WI and PFMEA, updating the WI and PFMEA according to customer audit or quality improvement requests, and training operators on standardized machine operation and processes.

The Manufacturing Engineer will also modify tooling as per customer or quality improvement requests, complete and publish revised tooling drawings, and cooperate with QE and Production to revise related documents for customer audits.

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with QE and Production to find root causes and implement corrective actions for customer complaints, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in engineering design. You should be familiar with design tools such as Pro-E, AutoCAD, PLC, and HMI, as well as quality tools like FMEA, SPC, and APQP.

You should possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to integrity, accountability, and innovation. Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and traceability is highly desirable.
