Manufacturing Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and manufacturing processes.
  2. Implement process improvements and standardize manufacturing procedures.
  3. Conduct quality assurance and troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality and reduce machine breakdowns.
  4. Work closely with the production team to achieve targets and improve cycle time by optimizing line processes.
  5. Develop and implement Poka Yoke or mistake-proofing techniques to minimize errors.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Creo 3D modeling software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
