Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Specialist. This role will focus on designing and implementing efficient business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on integration and automation.


Responsibilities
  • Design and build custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs
  • Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications
  • Ensure security, governance, and compliance in the app environment
  • Document solutions and train end users as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts

Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and/or SQL
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or custom connectors
  • Background in automation and process improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
