Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design and develop intelligent workflows that drive global impact. As part of our remote team, you will collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver AI-powered automation solutions to our US-based clients.

Key responsibilities include translating client and internal business needs into clear automation specifications and workflow logic, designing and building robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform, and developing and refining prompts for generative AI use cases.

You will also integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools into end-to-end automation solutions, automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools, and lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design or integrations, proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools, and expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.

Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals is also highly desirable.
