Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of medications packed into dose-ready sachets using AI-driven tools. This role requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills, as well as proficiency with technology, including AI tools and claims management systems.

  • Verify medication accuracy using AI tools
  • Cross-check AI-identified medications against prescriptions
  • Flag missing or duplicate tablets or debris
  • Highlight patients with missing data for redocumentation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active pharmacist license (state or national)
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, claims management, or clinical pharmacy
  • Familiarity with insurance claims, financial aid programs, and medication therapy management
  • Strong understanding of pharmacology, medication identification, and healthcare compliance
  • Proficiency with technology, including AI tools and claims management systems
