As a Lead Verification Support Agent, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of leads and ensuring they are properly categorized in our system. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or marketing, with a strong focus on lead verification and follow-up. They will also possess excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English, as well as hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the authenticity of leads
  • Categorize leads in our system
  • Communicate with leads via phone, email, or other channels
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they are properly qualified
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service or marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
