Video Content Creator Job Description

Red Wolf Group is seeking an experienced video content creator to join their team as an independent contractor. As a video content creator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging video content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion for the company's brand and offerings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create short-form social edits (30-60 seconds) optimised for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels.
  • Develop software/product demos: clear, branded explainer videos showcasing features or workflows from the software we re-sell called Predictive Index.
  • Produce manifesto or brand films: 2-3 minute storytelling edits designed to inspire and position Red Wolf in the market.
  • Craft testimonials and case studies: client interview highlights crafted into trust-building content.
  • Design training & learning modules: structured, long-form edits for client education programs.
  • Develop Video Sales Letters (VSLs): performance-driven edits for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Repurpose content: turning raw footage from workshops, webinars, or podcasts into bite-sized content assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of video editing experience across marketing, content, or production.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in colour grading, LUTs, multi-cam sync.
  • Skilled at captions, overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for social.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
