Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of leased spaces, ensuring a seamless transition between tenants and supporting the growth of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tenants with various tasks, including insurance policy checks, ingress and egress procedures, and minor repairs.
  • Tenant's pull-out/ egress of items, assets, equipment and dismantling of fixed assets.
  • Minor repair work, such as electrical and signage installations.
  • Installation of temporary electric/water meters for constructing tenants.
  • Turnover of leasable space to tenants.
  • Meeting with tenants to address their concerns and needs.
  • Supporting tenants during repairs and overnight works.
  • Monitoring terminated/pre-terminated tenants for clearance and turnover of leased areas.
  • Tracking tenant construction phases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
