Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing the supply chain to match demand and supply, utilizing master planning systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supply Chain Modeling:
    • Manage supply chains to meet product life cycle demands.
    • Set Supply Chain Parameters (e.g. Lead times, Safety Stocks) in planning systems.
  • S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) Support:
    • Collaborate with capacity planners on Sales and Operation Planning processes.
    • Review resource loading situations impacting S&OP.
  • Order Management:
    • Manage sales orders, customer programs forecast, and safety stock replenishment.
    • Plan and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites fulfilling demand and loading policies.
    • Monitor and control supply deviation based on demand and supply situations.
  • Exception Management:
    • Follow allocation processes and decisions.
    • Co-work with stakeholders to prevent customer line downs during tight supply situations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, experience in customer handling and project management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, high motivation with a sense of ownership, and fluency in English.
