About The Role

As a seasoned Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our supply chain operations. This includes inventory management, vendor sourcing and coordination, freight and shipping logistics, as well as managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the complete supply chain, from sourcing materials to final delivery to end consumer or business.
  • Freight Management: Manage, track, and optimize the outbound logistics from supplier to warehouse daily to ensure timely delivery and avoid fines.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Logistics & Inventory Management:
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
  • Purchasing: Create regular Purchase Orders using inventory planning software and in-house systems, following established criteria with transparent documentation of quantity determinations.
  • Shipping & Distribution: Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers across the US.
Vendor & Partner Relations:
  • Supplier Management: Establish, maintain, source, and negotiate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, building relationships, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Shipping Partner Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners to resolve issues, optimize transit times, and enhance service levels.
