Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify and resolve moderately complex business communication system issues.
  • Provide high-level technical consultation support globally to stakeholders and partners.
  • Perform complex configuration and programming changes.
  • Audit and implement telecom and telephony-driven projects as a Project Lead and Technical Lead.
  • Collaborate with teams for end-user installations, configuration, and programming changes.
  • Deliver process training and knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners.
  • Conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions for external teams.
  • Create job aids and maintenance procedures (MOPs) for internal team members and customers.
  • Implement solutions remotely or onsite.
  • Manage technical escalations and issues escalated by team members.
  • Maintain Service Level targets on all Ticketing Queues.
