About the Role:

  • As the primary liaison, oversee projects at our customer experience centers.
  • Build, manage, and maintain project documentation on a global scale.
  • Develop plans, establish project deadlines, assign responsibilities, lead teams, conduct due diligence, and gather materials as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customize, build, and manage effective project records.
  2. Identify risks, investigate mitigation plans, escalate, and execute change management.
  3. Clearly articulate requirements and project status to various levels and audiences.
  4. Support the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, goals, and objectives.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in a project management role leading medium to large-scale global projects.
  • PMP and/or equivalent relevant project management experience.
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry required.
