Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to collaborate with our global support team. This remote position involves working closely with the IT Solutions Manager to ensure that corporate Dynamics environments are optimized, efficient, and user-friendly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Dynamics platform owner to identify sustainable methods for supporting business process goals through technology.
- Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions, and balancing enablement requests, platform upgrades, solution development, and platform integrations related to assigned projects and initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth technical and business process knowledge, participate in business requirements gathering conversations, and contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation and technical procedures.
About YouTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- A degree in technology, business, or a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to present solution proposals.
