Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with prompt and courteous service via phone or other communication channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolutions and minimizing escalations.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, claims, and communications in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective follow-up.
  • Knowledge Management: Leverage internal knowledge bases and training materials to provide informed responses to customer inquiries, showcasing your expertise and confidence in your abilities.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments to research and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Software Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Time Management: Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills are critical for success in this role
  • Adaptability: Able to multi-task, stay focused, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
