About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Ambassador (Footwear) to join our team at Best Reliable Resources' flagship store in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our premium footwear collections, and promoting our brand identity.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our footwear products
  3. Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store sales targets
  6. Participate in product training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge
  7. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

What we're looking for

  1. Passion for the retail industry and a proven track record in customer service
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
  3. Knowledge of footwear products and trends in the retail industry
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer demands and store needs
  6. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and cash handling
  7. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME.
