Job Title: Creative AI DeveloperAre you an innovative thinker with a passion for developing cutting-edge AI solutions? Do you have experience in building production-grade AI that blends state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning?We're seeking a talented Creative AI Developer to join our team in building the next generation of intelligent credit risk and collections systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI-powered features for real-world impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape breakthrough thinking and technology.
  • Design and implement production-grade AI that combines LLMs with conventional machine learning, powering next-generation credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field. Master's or Ph.D. a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking a plus.
  • Skilled in Python, writing clean, modular, and tested code with async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.
  • Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and Generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Pydantic AI for building workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
  • Proficient in ML/DL frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow for supervised, unsupervised, and time-series modeling.
  • Solid theoretical foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and ML fundamentals.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CI/CD and observability using Git-based automation and monitoring tools.
  • Exposure to data and feature pipelines with tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of API and system architecture, including event-driven design and API exposure.
  • Awareness of security and compliance in ML, including responsible-AI practices.
