Senior Accountant

As a seasoned accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and stability of our organization.

  • Manage the general ledger, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, to guarantee accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensure they are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports summarizing the financial position of the company.
  • Effectively manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Coordinate budgeting processes and forecasts, and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Ensure tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns for review by external tax advisors.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting best practices, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum seven years post-CPA qualification experience is required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, comprehension) are essential. A university degree with an average score of 80% or higher; transcript required.
  • Experience in fund administration is a must-have, preferably within financial services or fund management companies.
