Virtual Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, and managing data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative tasks, including email monitoring, appointment confirmations, internal updates, and document management.
  • Scheduling: Handle scheduling of appointments, meetings, and other events.
  • Data Entry: Manage and update spreadsheets, job logs, and track incoming leads and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Administrative Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience supporting service-based or construction industry businesses in a virtual assistant or operations support capacity.
  2. FieldPulse CRM Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience using FieldPulse is strongly preferred; must be comfortable with job scheduling, notes, and contact tracking.
  3. Strong Written Communication: Excellent email etiquette and fluent written English for client communication and internal updates.
  4. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to juggle multiple schedules, job statuses, and follow-ups without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  5. Tech-Savvy & Independent: Quick to learn new software tools and operate autonomously without needing daily oversight.
  6. Industry Awareness (Preferred): Familiarity with residential services, home improvement, or decorative concrete terminology and workflows is a major plus.
