Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator.

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism when interacting with clients and staff.
  • Providing top-notch customer service to establish positive relationships with clients.
  • Responding promptly to all service calls and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating as a team member to mitigate problems and contribute to project success.
  • Transcribing information into required electronic formats.
  • Preparing, backing up, compiling, updating, and sorting document data files for efficient storage.
  • Maintaining data integrity and security policies.
  • Supporting the Service Manager in addressing emergencies and making recommendations for department needs.
  • Overseeing scheduling for the service team and providing weekly progress updates to the Service Manager and client point of contact.
  • Possibly obtaining quotes from qualified subcontractors as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Able to read and comprehend project technical documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Able to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills to ensure successful project completion by set deadlines.
