Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our client's marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters, incorporating graphics using Photoshop and Canva templates, ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency, tracking metrics and providing feedback for ongoing optimization, uploading new products with multiple variants, writing/editing SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles, maintaining page formatting and consistency across products, supporting collection cleanup, blog post edits, and merchandising updates, and assisting with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed.

Addditional responsibilities include using Asana to manage and update daily tasks, providing consistent status updates, communicating regularly via Slack for updates and bandwidth concerns, coordinating with the team on shifting task priorities and timelines, and collaborating on future growth marketing projects as bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo or similar tools, strong experience with Shopify, skilled in using Canva templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop, familiar with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent, experience using Asana (or other PM tools) to manage daily tasks, prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience, detail-oriented with strong reporting and communication skills.
