Job Overview

This is a remote e-commerce position.

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and optimize the online store, ensuring seamless execution of business goals. You'll be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, enhancing site performance, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.

About the Position

This role requires a results-driven professional with expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management. A minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of experience managing a Shopify-based store is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
    • Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of all content, pricing, and product information.
    • Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance store functionality and user experience.
  • Brand Strategy:
    • Develop multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across digital and experiential platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and new product launches.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing on site elements, marketing campaigns, and user flows.
    • Optimize the store for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve site traffic and conversions.
  • Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Work with design and development teams to scope and launch new features, design updates, and custom functionality for the Shopify storefront.
    • Translate business needs and creative vision into clear requirements for developers.
    • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of site enhancements and redesigns.
  • Customer Experience & Communication:
    • Ensure an exceptional customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a strong community around the brand.
    • Work with the customer service team to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent understanding of the Shopify platform and its backend functions.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
