Job Title: Client Retention Specialist

Sourcetech Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Provide clear guidelines for issue troubleshooting and escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and concerns.
  • Coordinate with the Front-End Team for renewal information and contract signing.
  • Identify accounts requiring AMLA follow-up and initiate contact.
  • Generate MOA post-AMLA completion and maintain tracking systems.
  • Ensure clear and prompt communication with clients on various matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of administrative work experience.
  • Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication, and accuracy in handling information and documents.
  • Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions, balance multiple tasks, and adapt to changing work environments.
