Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of Agile methods and Scrum practices across the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain complex Linux (bash) scripts for automation and process improvement.
  3. Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines (or similar CI/CD tools) to streamline software delivery.
  4. Manage and optimize Oracle RDBMS 12c or higher, including Oracle SQL, to ensure high-performance data storage and retrieval.
  5. Monitor system performance and ensure observability using SRE principles to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Handle vulnerability management and patching to maintain system security and prevent data breaches.
  7. Oversee ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management, to ensure smooth operation of critical systems.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Agile methods and Scrum.
  2. Strong Linux (bash) scripting capabilities.
  3. Extensive experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (or similar CI/CD tools).
  4. Deep expertise in Oracle RDBMS 12c or higher and Oracle SQL.
  5. Proven experience in monitoring, alerting, and observability (SRE).
  6. Knowledge of vulnerability management and patching.
  7. Solid understanding of security management.
  8. Familiarity with ITIL processes: incident, problem, and change management.
  9. Leadership and mentoring skills.
