Job Title: L1 Support Specialist

At Hunter's Hub Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused L1 Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for technical assistance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review the execution of workflows, pipelines, and jobs in our production environment.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic issues encountered during workflow, pipeline, or job executions.
  • Log and track all issues using our ticketing system from creation to closing.
  • Document root cause, solution, and create knowledge base documentation to assist with future troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Client, and/or third-party vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in L1 Support.
  • Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries.
  • Knowledgeable in Azure Synapse/Asure Data Factory.
  • Previous experience in technical support role is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
