Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

Manage Cash Inflows and Payments

Oversee the cash inflows and outflows of US-based customers, including invoicing, billing, and collections.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in accounts receivable management, advanced Excel skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage invoicing and billing for US customers
  • Proactive outreach to collect outstanding invoices and past-due accounts
  • Accurately apply cash receipts to invoices using AR modules
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, cash forecasts, and collections status reports
  • Identify process improvements to reduce manual effort and errors
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in Accounts Receivable and B2B collections for US companies
  • Hands-on experience with AR modules and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer interaction
