Senior Systems Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, a proven track record of working with Java, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of developers based in the US to design, develop, and implement ERP software solutions.
  • Develop and configure SAP workforce software using advanced programming techniques.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on system administration and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the analysis and review of project requirements, ensuring that systems meet business needs.
  • Design and develop technical solutions based on specific business cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Java and other programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies and disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
