Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This role will be responsible for managing core compensation and benefit activities, including planning, implementation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local HR to ensure accurate employee data for annual merit increment cycles, mid-year promotion increments, and total compensation recommendations.
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners to release salary hike letters and facilitate employee discussions before payouts.
  • Prepare, track, and report monthly budget utilization and reconciliation of salary pay components.
  • Work closely with Talent Planning to review jobs using job frameworks and liaise with vendors for benchmarking and additional reports.
  • Provide consultative support to regional HR teams on special projects, share expertise, and have knowledge of ERP systems, compensation tools, country best practices, and income tax laws.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Total Compensation Domain Knowledge and Tools
