Senior Web Professional

The role of the Senior Web Professional involves providing exceptional support to clients and potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online collaboration tools.

The job requires handling client relationships who purchase website products, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and requests, identifying problems, and offering solutions and recommendations to improve clients' websites.

  • Assist clients throughout the website production process until launch.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the production team.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope.
  • Regularly report project progress to clients.
  • Prioritize workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Make proactive suggestions to clients on improving their online presence using industry best practices.
  • Design homepages, inner pages, and custom requests in collaboration with clients.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Track web project issues and drive resolution.
  • Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.
  • Coordinate with colleagues via phone and email.
  • Anticipate errors in projects before clients contact support or sales.
  • Ensure successful project launches with minimal tweaks from Quality Assurance.
  • Review websites for possible issues and revisions.
  • Provide quality customer service and web consultations to clients.
  • Properly document customer requests and issues related to company products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements and record them via cases on the internal management system.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to provide resolutions and suggestions to enhance client websites.
  • Set client expectations for turnaround times of services provided.
  • Report or escalate issues to the production team and follow up on tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with existing and potential clients to promote product solutions based on client needs and budget.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, a team player, resourceful, detail-oriented, adaptive, and have good comprehension and analytical skills. They should also be able to work with minimal supervision and have experience in customer support with at least 1 year of experience servicing customers in the U.S./North America.
