Virtual Reception and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Reception and Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The Reception and Intake role is a critical part of our organization, acting as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and others in the community. As a Reception and Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for managing requests, inquiries, and support of client and prospect needs, responding to emails, resolving issues, and providing copies of documents.
You will also be responsible for gathering information via phone and completing the intake form, following up with prospective clients via email, and notifying next steps. Additionally, you will answer inbound calls, build caring and patient rapport with clients aged 55+, and make outbound calls to schedule/confirm appointments and follow up with leads.
