Remote Disaster Relief Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated agent to work on a remote, contingent basis in response to disaster relief efforts.
">This is a temporary position that requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and provide exceptional customer service skills.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to learn our account management systems quickly.
">In addition to providing top-notch customer service, agents will also be responsible for handling service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, improving customer experiences, and escalating customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.
">Key Responsibilities">- Assist customers with service inquiries
- Learn the common requests and solutions
- Improve the customer's experience
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
">Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills are required.
">Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) are necessary.
">Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues are also essential.
